Who is responsible

Information we collect

The beta application asks for your name, work email, company, trade, team size, current software, workflow challenges, referral source, and an optional phone number. We also record limited website activity, such as page and beta-form views, and receive basic security information needed to prevent abusive submissions. A salted, one-day visitor identifier is used for grouped counts; it is not used to follow you across websites.

How we use it

• Evaluate whether your company and workflow fit the current beta.
• Contact you about the application, onboarding, interviews, and beta availability.
• Plan and improve Scopevora using grouped product needs and feedback.
• Protect the application form and investigate misuse.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell beta-application information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers may process limited information for hosting, security, and business email on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

We keep application information while evaluating and operating the beta and as needed for ordinary business, security, and legal records. We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your beta application, or ask us not to contact you further. Email the address above from the application email so we can verify the request. Some records may be retained when required for security or legal obligations.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the application form will identify a new notice version and require fresh confirmation before a new submission.
